I'm Husting Aricheta, a self-proclaimed sword nerd and martial artist with a lifelong passion for blades.

My journey into Filipino Martial Arts began in college when I was introduced to Kalis Ilustrisimo by Guro Carlo Vicencio. However, it wasn’t until 2020 that I formally committed to training Kalis Ilustrisimo Repeticion Orihinal (KIRO) under Chief Instructor Arnold Narzo and my mentor, Guro Pepe Manikan.

Today, I continue honing my craft, striving to master the art of the blade through the KIRO system. As a ranked skilled swordsman, my goal is to preserve and promote the rich tradition of Filipino swordsmanship—while fully embracing my inner sword nerd.

KIRO: A Blade-Oriented Filipino Martial Art

We are Kalis Ilustrisimo Repeticion Orihinal (KIRO). We are a Filipino Martial Arts group dedicated to upholding the bladed Art passed down by our Grand Master Antonio “Tatang” Ilustrisimo.

Currently, our organization is headed by our Chief Instructor, Coach Arnold Narzo. We offer both solo and group training programs for people of all ages, genders, ethnicities, and fitness levels.
